Shoulder blade pain
I am James, working as a Nurse in non hospital section, type of my job is sitting all over the time,I am Obese,i am doing excercice regularly two times in a day, morning i will go for a walk, evening stretching exercises. From last three months i am having shoulder blade, inside the shoulder blade pain occurs and .The pain is bearable but little numbness in the lower side of the shoulder blade.and the numbness will be on shoulder,left hand till small finger.its not exactly numbness or pain it's just like a weakness and it happens only after evening excercice. When it happens i am thinking is it because of any heart problems.please give me some advice to get rid of it.

Pain is either due to incoordination of movement between scapula and ribs or due to some muscles pathology. Myt have occurred due to the asymmetric exercises or inappropriate stretching techniques. It can also be trigger point.
