Shoulder and neck pain
My shoulders and neck pain to much after driving bike. I drive 40 kms daily. My bike is sports bike so its driving posture is more bending type, so i tried using another vehicle to correct driving posture but it didn't help.

Use cervical collar . Physiotherapy treatment. Posture corrections must. Stretching exercise of neck and shoulder

Avoid riding motorcycle for at least 2-3 weeks. Work on neck, shoulder and back muscle strength training, apply hot pack on your neck and back. Stretch chest and neck muscles. Find a good PT for complete evaluation.
