Shoulder and neck pain
I have shoulder and neck pain for last 10 months. If I lift 1 kg of wait, then I will get pain. I also have pins and needles to fingers, palms, shoulders. As per Mri, I have cervical spondylosis, degeneration of disk. Small posterior disk Osteophyte complex and disc herniation at c4 c5 c6 and mild right lateral stenosis and straightening of cervical spine. The lumbar shows sacrilization of l5. I have tried with navara treatment for 11 days, physio, doing yoga. I am taking medication cervilon, spondylon, lumabton,trayodashang guggul. Doctor advised to go for swimming. Can I go for swimming? Can I get normal curvature with swimming or should I take any Ayurvedic massage like basti? Please advise
