I've been going through personal issues from many months. Due to which I used to have symptoms like anxiety,numbness/tingling sensation in fingers, stress & panic attacks, weird feeling inside stomach (as if some hollowness inside me), lack of concentration. The moment I used to awake from sleep many thoughts used to bombard my mind. Many a times I used to sleep a lot (may be to avoid my stress and anxiety). Then for whole day the anxiety would continue and restlessness would be there.i used to feel exhausted because my mind was stuck on the issues, like I'm in loop. I'd also seen counsellor. So somewhere i was getting answers to my issues. conditions bit improved. Lately, I've been meditating & it is giving me a good result but still my mind wanders over my issues. Those symptoms sometimes arise (no numbness). I literally push my self to do my daily routine as if i just want to sit at one place.Much to my concern is lack of concentration. Should i go for medicine or meditation is enough
