Should I go for sucralose or stevia?
I wanna cut back on sugar and I can't live without sweet foods. I'm a big sweet tooth and I want to lose weight, for that reason I want to find an alternative of sugar such as stevia or sucralose. Which one should I go for stevia or sucralose?

Alternative sweeteners are many but only for occasional use they are safe .gradually they effect the kidneys . So better be without sugar than add sweeteners. Can use organic jaggery.a little better than sugar.
