Shortness of breath
Hlo , When ever i eat food little oily as in sabjis or normal cold drink not too cold i feel shortness of breath from last 2 weeks when i go for DSR or gesowel then feel little relief i am worried please help me how should I solve this problem moreover dose exercise help me if yes which exercise (jogging,walking) or not because these days i am obese because of no activity job

Appears to be Allergic, and gastritis.pl avoid oily foods,chillies,etc..Pl take antacids. Regular exercises, and Lung exercises. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
