Aged 30, After a 3 day firsttime workout in gym, dveloped sinus tachycardia, hospitalized, am non diabetic, no history of hypertension, diagnoised with 66%ejection fractiom and normal blood flow in echo and negative stresstest result(compleyed 3 stages). Triglycerides at 220mg and cpk around 5, witnegative cardiac enzymes at time of admission.

Your TMT and Echo seems to be normal . Triglycerides are high . Exercise daily . start with brisk walking and graduate to jogging or treadmill. Other isotonic exercises like swimming and cycling. Control your diet. Meet a good physician for medical advice
