Hii I am saba..am an short heighted girl....am only 5"1 ft. Hey can anyone tell me is height enhancer spray / liquid can work..?? To increase height what diet should be followed or what exercises,yoga asanas,stretching and physical activities can help to gain few inches...how can i gain few inches..plzzz..plzz help me

Don't get impulsive so much, there are not such medicines which pruduces growth hormone at the age of 21, so dont get ur mind disturbed due to issue of ht. May some yoga or some kind accupuncture therapy or homeopathy may pruduce some growth hormone in ur body which can help to increase height.
