  4. Shivering of hands. What i should do?

Shivering of hands
I've noticed that my fingers always shiver when I try to keep them steady. I have been ignoring this for a long time. Almost 4 years as this doesn't affect my day to day activities. But at times when I'm doing something delicate like using a test tube or holding something heavy, my hands shake a lot. Please suggest what I should do

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Nothing to worry..just talk to your parents whether they too had similar complaints in past. Secondly get your thyroid function test and liver function tested...most importantly cut down on coffee and stress..
