Hello Dear,
Shivering in the land can be due to as simple as vitamin deficiency to even some neurologic problem. I would suggest that you give him tablet Neurobion forte one tablet once a day for a month and along with it, get an x Ray done of his cervical spine to rule out cervical spondylosis.
