Hello doctor Can I take shilajit and ashwagandha daily forever? What is the dosage and which is the best form to take? which company is good quality?

why u want to take those drugs. Do u take multiviatmins and mineral tablets daily. Whether allopathic or ayurvedic, no medicatoion is good if taken without consult

Shilajit has numerous benefits.But Any medicine should not be taken forever without consulting.Because there may be need of some changes in dosages and may be need to withdraw them for sometime according to your body requirements.As shilajit  if taken for long time can raise the uric acid levels sometime.So should take advise.

Yes u can take shilajit & ashwagandha with goats milk for life long in morning & evening on empty stomach.start dabour shilajit 100 mg daily two to three times.u can increase ur dose up to 300 mg.
