I can understand your concern.
Injections are not available to make a person put on weight.
Your question is regarding weight and the basic information about height and weight you have not provided. How are we supposed to proceed further?
Give her a high protein diet.
Make her eat more often. Get herself checked out by a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
