  4. Sharp lower abdominal pain. Pls suggest.

Sharp lower abdominal pain
Patient has signs of endometrosis and averted uterus and a fibroid which has been removed 6 years back. her doctor ordered 4 depo shorts in the last 7 months due to spotting and abdorminal pain. She is taking regestan 5 mg 3 times a day. Still she is in lot of pain in lower abdomen , irregular bleeding and occasional rectal pain. Doctor recommended PAUSE MF for 3 per day but after 7 days ,bleeding and pain again and pain after passing urine. pls suggest.
