I feel it after 5 years ago I want to take some medicine for it I think it is due to nerve weakness. I am not taking any smoking alcohol etc I am B21 year old gay

you have not provided sufficient details like weight, both hands are shaking or only right or left,etc. but you can get good treatment in Ayurveda. Hence consult with physician soon.
