having 2 reason
1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion
2- medical as sex hormone etc
better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly
rather than just blind treatment

Do ur blood test for testosterone free and total what work do u do? Do u have any addictions ? Are u on any medication do ur blood test then we will go with treatment also i can council ur wife so that ur fights will stop
