I have a very small size 3inches when erect and also suffer from premature ejaculation when i masturbate(3 4) secs. Since last month i am not getting any cum and also worried about fertility. I am getting married soon so wanted to get myself checked. Have never had any sexual relationship before.

hello there.
stop masturbation for a week, eat a well balanced diet, do pelvic floor muscle strengthening excercise. quit smoking.
consult a sexologist for further help.
