Sexual frustration. Me what should i do?

Hi doctor My partner and I didn't have sex for past 5 months. We usually have fights, but we never bring that in between sex. But for past few months, my I feel like my partner is satisfied by being himself alone. He has no interest in connecting with me. He is not attracted to me. He is always telling reasons for not having sex. I communicated with him many times that it is really hard for me, and we can be normal. But he is always using mobile phone at night and day fully work. He has no consciousness that night time is for us and he don't regret also for being himself and self satisfied. I really don't know what to do. I feel like so frustrated after explaining him so many times and no response. Can you please help me what should I do?
