Hi! I have this sore throat but I only feel pain on one side. When I inspected my throat earlier, I saw a white patch like a sore. This started 2 days ago. I tested negative on HIV yesterday since I had a one risky sexual contact but he told me he was safe and he didn't came on my insides as I told him not to. No lesions or blood on my anal. But the thought of having sti scares me as I have an internship to prepare. Can you please tell me what is the problem? I have normal VS and no fever
