Sex related issue
We had an unsafe sex and after that within 2 days my wife had taken the contrceptive pill and still unable to get her periods. She is having pain in lower abdomen only. Is there any pregnancy sign. How can we avoid it. Please advise.

Hello...I pills are progesterone pills. Levonorgestrel emergency contraceptive pills prevent pregnancy by preventing or delaying ovulation.pills may alter period a week here and there if its taken near end of period ... It has 5%-20% failure rate.. Get urine pregnancy test done at home ,if it comes positive consult gynecologist
