Can anyone suggest a good Multivitamin for my mother who is a diabetic with 6.4 HBa1c She is 65 yrs old and she takes Janumet 50/1000 twice a day. She feels very tired all the time

High dose of metformin can cause vitamin b12 deficiency. Taking supplements can help. Take anything containing methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin. Also, this capsule called MS4 is supposed to be good for this "tiredness"
