According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from dysentery type inflammation.
Dysentery type of inflammation can be occurs due to some infection of bacterial as due to Shigella, Salmonella and Campylobactor in the large intestinal area and
Ulcerative Collitis or
due to taking of so much spicy food.
Next Steps
Take treatment as follow as
Cap Pantop DSR 1 time per day for 3 days before food
Tab Flagyl 400 mg 3 time per day for 3 days after food.
Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 days after food.
Cap Multivitamin A to Z gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food
If you don't recovered completely then do some blood test as
CBC ESR and STOOL test .
