Severe period pain with nausea for 2days
I am 24years and today morning my period sstarts I am having immense pain in my lower abdomen and by touching the stomach i can feel the bloating feeling nausea and not able to eat anything because of this. Please suggest

And for nausea take tab neksium 40 mg before food
