Hi, you need a to see a dentist immediately. Your symptoms indicate infection due to food impaction around partially erupting wisdom molar

Hi wisdom tooth pain will be usually as referred pain extending to your head ,ears &jaw. Best solution is to remove it as earlier. Take Zerodol SP tablet for immediate relief. Gargle with slight hot salt water  .

If you have already taken pain medication the only option is to go to an emergency department of a hospital and take a painkiller injection. Consult a dentist asap after that to start antibiotics and get the tooth removed

Salt water gargles wil help tp reduce pain.. consult a dentist asap for further assistance..
