This is quite common in this age when wisdom tooth has not fully erupted. First you start taking medicines
Cap. Novamox 500mg thrice a day for 5 days
Tab. Metrogyl 400mg thrice a day for 5 days
Tab. Diclomol thrice a day for 3 days
Hexidiene mouthwash twice daily
Next Steps
Next get an OPG Xray done and revert back so that a permanent solution can be recommended
Health Tips
Taking meds are not permanent solution and will only give you temporary relief. Get the root problem resolved as will be suggested by seeing the xray for a permanent solution
