28 Year Old female, has recently developed pain & itchiness in vagina with visible white discharge that's not easily removed by water (needs to be rubbed off which is painful). This started after relocating to Noida, to me it looks like it might be an infection, l've attached a picture hoping this will be kept confidential.
This has happened once before (~6 weeks ago), and I've attached the test report + medication that fixed it. The same medication has had little to no effect this time... (for the past 3 days : Canditral Capsule 200mg + Cream Onabet B : twice a day)
Please suggest a strong over the counter antibiotic or some other medication etc that can be tried before consulting a doctor physically.
