Consult with a dentist
Online now
Please kindly get an appointment with a dentist and get an xray done to ascertain the cause of dental infection. You can take T-Lac (PAINKILLER) which is a chewable and instant painkiller or else Ketorol DT( PAINKILLER) (dispersible tablet to be taken half an hour before food). You can start with Augmentin Duo 625 mg as antibiotic thrice after food, once in morning, afternoon and night after food. (NOTE:- IF YOU HAVE ANY DRUG RELATED ALLERGY, THEN PLEASE DO CONSULT A PHYSICIAN BEFORE TAKING THOSE MEDICINE).

Hi madam ..Pain in tooth means tooth has become infected due to decay.I would suggest kindly consult any nearby dentist and get x-ray done .This will give a better picture of the tooth. Also get the medicines through prescription from dentist .For time being take Dolo 650 mg tablet for pain.
