My mother is having severe pain in right leg below knee,undergoing medications, using tablets Eliwel 10 MG and Maxgalin 75 MG and she is diabetic patient. Please provide me solutions like which doctor to consult

You need to see an Orthopaedic surgeon, as this may be an issue with the knee or with spine. I practice at Manipal Northside Hospital Malleshwaram. You can make an appointment to see me.
