  4. Severe pain in pelvic region. Fibroid?

Severe pain in pelvic region
Hi, I am facing severe pain in pelvic region. I wasn't in any sexual contact but missed my periods. After a week suddenly got heavy abnormal bleeding. It has been a week but bleeding didn't stop. Also feeling nausea, giddiness,fever and mood swings. Going through some stress also. Is it normal or the symptom of fibroid?
