You may need a x ray evaluation to decide which teeth got affected followed by infection control by root canal. Its a humble request to doctors on the group pls do not prescribe medications on public forums. It is not ethical. Medicines need to be prescribed only on a prescription after taking history. Hope i didnt hurt anyone

Hello, I suggest you should visit your dentist and get an x ray done. As per your complaint, the pain is persistent, severe and related to stimulus. This suggest that the culprit tooth has to go for root canal treatment. This is just a tentative diagnosis as per your history. kindly visit your dentist. Regards, Dr Vishal Jain. Dear patient, it is mandatory to visit a dentist near you and get the problem treAted. Looks like you have cavity in your mouth which needs to be addressed. The dentist will take an X-ray and tell you to either get it extracted or get a root canal.

You require an immediate attention from dentist. You have got a cavity which is very deep. Definite treatment is required after reevaluating by taking an Xray. If you further delay your treatment, complication can occur like swelling and abscess.

Hi, you need a x-ray for that tooth, then we can decide what treatment is to be done. according to your symptoms, you may need a Root Canal Treatment ( RCT) for the offending tooth. If the pain does't lasts more than seconds.. then may be a tooth filling will work. Proper diagnosis can be made a dental clinic.. so visit asap.

pain and sensitivity are two different things...if u have pain in tooth....u should visit dentist ..have x ray and then if require go for further treatment... sensitivity to cold and sweets without cavity may be due to hypersensitivity or minor starting of cavity..

Visit a dentist and get an xray done of that side. Sometes id the decay is very deep and close enough to nerves inside still there are chances to reverse the damage to the nerves by proper filling materials. But you need to have an xray for further guidance.

Hello dear If the pain lingers on after the sweet or cold for minutes certainly there is a chance that the decay is deep but if it's only for a few seconds than a good chance that u can just get a filling done. But if u still ignore it you might have to spend lot of time and money to get a root canal done. Take care

You have to go for a root canal treatment of your tooth is strong enough without any movement! You will be fine after that.
