  3. Severe pain in legs. Should i do when?

Severe pain in legs
If I walk for long distance such as 1-2 kilometres I get severe pain in legs and as well as ankles,I suffer from grat pain and iam unable to walk next 2 hrs so I too consulted doctors they adviced me D3 tablets and calcum tablets as iam a thalessemia major so all doctors are not exactle responding what should I do when

as doctors advise pain may be due to muscle weakness, build your muscles by good nutrition and exercises
