Sir , symptoms suggest a patello-femoral syndrome. This is the pain that occurs in the upper part of the knee cap wherein the thigh bone joins with the knee cap. This pain generally occurs in case of activities done which are not performed in a usual routine. It would be better if you get an x ray done to rule out any major arthritic changes.
Health Tips
Avoid squatting and sitting on the floor.
