Severe pain due to masturbating daily

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Sir I have been masturbating daily since last 3 months, now since last 4 days I'm feeling a very severe pain in the lower part of the stomach (abdomen region), it lasts for 2-3 hrs, can I know the actual cause of this severe pain and can u also suggest the ways to reduce this pain and what is the treatment for this. And also please specify whether this pain is related to kidneys or not, (please do tell me that occurring of such kind of pain is anything related to serious health problem or what)
