Severe pain and burn near the toe of leg

Asked for Female, 46 Years

I have been suffering from severe pain and burn near the toe of my legs(तलवा) and the pain is increasing day by day from knees to even the upper part of the legs. Even after taking pain killer the pain is not giving me any rest. Please suggest me what should i do. I am not able to bear it.
