I'm having lower back pain for the past two days. Couldn't walk or sit. Pain is severe when I sit. My bmi is 19.5

hello, could you mention your concern with following details further. 1. how's the pain? shooting, dull, radiating to legs? 2. any aggravating factors? overload or heavy lifting, fall?
