Severe neck pain
I've been getting severe neck pain since yesterday and I can't move my head at all and it's really difficult to sleep, it hurts so bad what could be causing it?

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Do icing (cold pack) every 2 hours on the painfully are. Support your neck while sleeping/sitting. Use soft cervical pillow.
