Severe Jock Itch
I am having severe itch at my scrotum for last 3-4 days . The skin in the area( back side of the ball and inner thighs near groun, and groin) has been peeled off due to infection.it is red in color. It is very painful there. I am not even able to sleep enough due to severe pain due to severe itch. I have consulted a doctor already, but he has given me only oral medicines. Will that suffice for the retrieval of skin in the area??

This seems to be irritant dermatitis due to sweat or any new soap.
