Severe hand pain
Severe hand pain. She cannot stretch the fingers & Close it properly. At midnight she will suffer from severe pain.She as numbness in her fingers & swelling too.

Check her night posture and use of mattress and pillow , both should not be too  hard or firm and give her good nutrition u can give sprulina for her general health along it will help to boost energy and improve nerve health too .

Accordingly age it can due to RA so test it it seems claw hand deformity so tk physiotherapy treatment for few days for  normal hand

Hi it could be RA or Gout. So get it checked first. In both the cases you should visit the physio as well as physician for exercises and swelling reduction.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Is she having any fever? And since when does she have this problem? We need a detailed history. As of now, you can give her a tab. Zerodol-pt twice a day after food for 2 days. If it still doesnt improve, you have to consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
