Sir,I have severe backpain after driving symptoms was L5-S1 disc prolapse I put 1 epidural steroid injection before 8 months but i cannot bear my pain nowadays

Hi this is Dr Nitish M.D. Pain due to disc pathology is relieved for sometime only with epidural injection, an epidural should be followed by intense regimen of core strengthening exercises. There is a chance of the disc repair by a PRP injection, but if you don't want to go for that, do core strengthening after another epidural.
