Severe back pain
Not able to stand straight after bending. This problem has started after my delivery(6months). Could not do walking after delivery. Also had a surgery for ligament tear 3yrs back, which is painting now. Can my back pain and knee pain be treated now?

After delivery its common to have this back pain issue due to lack if strength in spinal and core muscles. It can be very well and effectively treated with specialised exercise regime without any medicine or surgery. Also your knee can be fixed with proper physio

You need to be examined by a Rheumatologist, once other causes of back are excluded, you would benefit by physio and  back and knee strengthening exercises
