Severe back pain
I'm suffering from back pain since last 1 month, the pain is movable sometimes in upper part n sometime middle or lower back. I have been taking muscle relaxing ointment n hot water bag treatment but as such there is no improvement n now it has become unbearable. What should I do?

Hi, it need to be assess properly, as you tried conventional method and problem still persist, so consult orthopedic or physio to diagnose properly to get good treatment till then keep your body posture correct, hot fermentation, and rest.
