Serve headache w/ nausea
I had severe headach with nausea and whole night I dint slept due to this early morning I had half glass water immediately I vomit out. pls sort out my problem still im having headache

If you are experiencing these symptoms for the first time I don't see any reason to worry. Take some antacids to ameliorate the symptoms now. Best wishes,
