My total cholesterol is 191mg/dl. HDL is 34mg/dL and LDL is 137mg/dL (Martin-Hopkins calculation), both of which are out-of-range. But my triglycerides is a healthy 96mg/dL. Hemoglobin A1c results is 5.5%. BP is 141/88. All other CHEM20 blood-test results are within normal ranges. What is keeping my triglyceride ratio within range?
