Septoplasty
It's been 25 days of Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty. My surgery was performed br H.O.D of Max saket,ENT.I am unable to breathe  by nose .I feel always chocked and suffocated. My lungs,heart are absolutely normal . Surgeon is always saying I made lot of space inside your both nostrils but I am not feeling well . What to do ?

Post any surgery 3-6 weeks is required for complete healing. Also make sure your nasal passage is not forming crusts. Nasal crusting may occur when the nasal airways are too wide open. Avoid crusting my normal saline nasal douching or saline water jal neti. For further queries kindly do a consult
