I suddenly started getting severe sensitivity in molar and pre molar tooth. What are main causes of sensitivity ? Please also suggest a remedy

Sensitivity in tooth could be due to decay ,tooth erosion,tooth wear using hard brush or hard grip,crack or decay around leaky filling margin.In case there is sensitivity due to cavitation or any of the above you need to see your dentist for tooth fillings and to rule out infection.
