Sensation Pain. Of pain in my teeth.

There are some home remedies like : -warm water (salt added ) rinses 3 times a day. -apply clove (लौंग in hindi) oil on affected area or chew a whole clove. - Gently swish with 1 table spoon sesame (तिल in hindi) oil for 20 minutes. But Above remedies will give you TEMPORARY RELIEF. For PERMANENT RELIEF... Generally in such case diagnosis is very essential. We usually advised patients to have an X ray which helps us to know the exact orientation of teeth to evaluate patient better. (you have gone through) Basically there are 3 general possibilities.... CASE 1 : IF CAVITY IS NOT DEEP: in this case we apply temporary cement to fill the effected area...But as it is temporary... We keep it on a watch/observation for some time. If patient does not feel pain or any other problem then we do permanent restoration. CASE 2 : IF CAVITY IS DEEP. In this case usually the pulp also gets infected which causes pain.... So pulp is necessary to be treated by Root Canal Treatment (RCT) first. After RCT capping is done. CASE 3 : IF AFFECTED TEETH IS WISDOM TEETH : In this case we usually advise to remove it because RCT treatment is a bit complicated in this case and the chances of success with RCT are not high. mouth opening by the patient is also less. So it's only dentist who can determine the exact way to treat you on the basis of your situation. Let me know if I can help you in any possible way.
