Sensation & pain in PMT
Had filling for cavity in left upper PMT. While drilling cavity i felt shooting pain as well. Now past 3 days i feel sensation of hot - cold & pain while chewing specially chewingum. What to do. Did doctor drill my dental tissue excessively? What next i supposed to do

If the pain isn't subsiding but actually increasing then possibility of a Rct is high. if its just a mild sensitivity to hot and cold then the dentist could redo the filling with another type of filling material.
