  4. Semen in urinal tract. Would be helpful!

Semen in urinal tract
Hi doctor, I sometimes find a little semen coming out out of my urinal track when I defecate. It happens when I apply pressure to excrete out fecal matter. Any suggestions would be helpful

Hello fustula Internal urethral sphincter incontinence should be ruled out consult urologist for further evaluation and treatment.
