With due respect to Ayurveda and other streams, kindly take Allopathic medicines only. Please don't fall for other medical streams. The situation demands a seasonal general Physician from Allopathy. All these things Can be managed. Advise is ok from net, but for these kind of complicated cases, kindly continue your physician visits and regular blood tests.

Hi. The symptoms are due to derangement in total metabolism. It will improve. Start with Suryavarthy rasa 1 dose thrice daily with madeephala rasayana before food. Aswagandha churna 1tsp with melted ghee after food twice daily followed by lukewarm water. Things start to improve after 2 to 3 days. Update me after 3 days.
