You need a fat loss diet with exercise to lose body fat.. there are factors like genes, hormones, toxins, type of food that leads to increase in body fat. If you want to lose fat it can't happen with just 1 diet.. lots of issues needs to be discussed and then proceed with a diet.. no general diet plan can ever work.. you can come to my clinic for a consultation where we discuss and give you a diet plan
At this weight , it is quite difficult for a person to lose weight by diet and exercise alone.
