Avoid common irritants such as cigarette smoke and sudden temperature changes. Drink plenty of water. Use a humidifier. Try nasal saline sprays or rinses. If the runny nose is a persistent, watery discharge, particularly if accompanied by sneezing and itchy or watery eyes, your symptoms may be allergy-related and an over-the-counter antihistamine may help...take OTC antipyretics along with above... If symptoms persists more than 3 days even after OTC medication consult physician they will help you.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can take steam inhalations thrice a day. Tab. Telekast-l twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hello....... You can take antihistamines to treat allergies. ..You can use decongestants over a short period to relieve a stuffy nose and sinus pressure.  Avoid cold food items ,cold weather, drink warm water, head bath with warm water gives temporary relief... Do yoga and pranayama...
